However, it's important to note that if you choose to connect multiple Facebook pages to Quicktext, you will need to disable Velma on Messenger. Velma is designed to handle inquiries for one hotel at a time, and enabling it for multiple pages can cause complications.
Please bear in mind that Velma's training is focused on answering questions regarding hotel facilities. Consequently, it may not accurately respond to messages originating from restaurant or spa pages.
For instance, if a message such as "I would like to make a reservation" is received, Velma will trigger the corresponding dialogue "10-01 Reservation request".
To enhance the guest experience, we strongly recommend disabling Velma on Messenger in this scenario.
