In order to establish a connection between the CRM Fideltour and Quicktext, it is necessary to obtain the required credentials from post@fideltour.com.
These credentials include:
- Token
- HotelId
- Company Id
To ensure a smooth process, please provide them with a comprehensive list of all the hotels you wish to connect, along with the corresponding URL for each hotel.
Once you have the credentials please ask your account manager to setup the connection
