How do I connect Google Business Messages?

Google Messages makes it possible for people who search for your hotel using the Google search engine on their mobile to chat directly with your property

Velma is capable of handling messages that you receive directly on your Google Business Profile. This will help you acquire more traffic and generate more leads directly from the Google search engine for Mobile browsers.

There are two phases for this integration. The first phase depends on you.
The second phase depends on how fast Google validates the agent(s) for your hotel(s): This can take between 7 to 14 working days.

Phase one:
1- Activate Google Messaging Feature on the Google Business Profile Account of the Hotel(s) following the screenshots below



OR if you have the new Google Business Profile Interface




You can verify that you successfully activated the messaging feature when you access your hotel's Google Business Profile from your mobile and use the Google search engine and search for your property.


2- Make sure that the information is valid and up-to-date for each hotel on Google Business Profile.

PS: Each Google Business Profile must have a unique phone number otherwise you can't connect with Quicktext.

 
Phase Two: 
Send to your Quicktext representative or to the following email support@quicktext.im a clear square logo, a resolution of (1024 x 1024), less than 50Kb in PNG or SVG format for your hotel(s).

Your Quicktext Representative will then setup the connection between Quicktext en Google business message.
 
Afterward, Google will send you an email seeking your approval for the connection between our service.
