      How do I connect Experience CRM to Quicktext?

      By integrating Quicktext with your CRM, you can improve contact management and store valuable information efficiently.

      Quicktext sends the following data to Hotel Experience CRM:
      •  Guest name
      • Guest phone number
      • Guest email
      • Guest tags

      For the Hotel Experience CRM connection, contact support@experience-hotel.com and ask for the credentials below:
      •  List ID
      • Hotel ID
       
      After receiving the credentials, please send the information to your Quicktext account manager in order to initiate the connection process.
