How do I connect Pushtech to Quicktext?

By integrating Quicktext with your CRM, you can enhance your contact acquisition and efficiently store valuable information.

Quicktext sends the following data to Pushtech CRM:
  • Guest name
  • Guest phone number
  • Guest email
  • Hotel name
  • Guest tags
  • Guest language
  • Optin

1/ As a hotelier, please get in touch with your representative at Pushtech and ask them to share the following credentials for your hotel(s) with you.

  • Account ID
  • Account Secret
  • Account Master Secret
2/ In Pushtech, you will need to create  a custom field for each property you'll capture in Quicktext. To from the following page https://www.pushtech.com/settings/custom_fields
1- Click “Add a new custom field”
2- Enter the name of the new field for example “Optin_Quicktext”  (case sensitive)
3- Enter a key name for example “Optin_Quicktext”
4- Enter a description (optional)
5-Enter a Category (optional) “Quicktext”
6- Show un contact form, not needed to check
7-Select the value type “True or False”
 
After receiving the credentials and setting up the custom field, please send the information to your Quicktext account manager in order to initiate the connection process.

☝️ Important to know: 
As consent is recorded with the "Subscription" variable when "Optin_Quicktext" = true, it is necessary to include this variable in your Pushtech "Newsletter" list/segment so that subscribers are automatically added.

The tags are received in a field called "Tags" and can be used to segment your database.

For hotel groups with a corporate account in Quicktext dashbord, to make the connection we need to add the credentials both in the central account and in the specific one of each hotel.
