How do you personalize automated Guest Messaging for Hotels through WhatsApp?(Push messages)

This article describes how to create a template with dynamic composer and how to use it to build scenarios

Quicktext-WhatsApp-Messaging

Thanks to a smart Q-Connect PMS & CRM connectivities, Quicktext helps hoteliers improve guest communication and engagement through automated and semi-automated text messages through WhatsApp.

One of the standout features of Quicktext is its ability to send bulk messages seamlessly to multiple guests simultaneously. Either to a Quick List like Todays or Tomorrows bookings arrivals or departures, manually picked contacts or personalized list.

This capability is not just about reaching out to a large number of guests; it's about doing so efficiently, at the right moment, and in a personalized manner. Whether it's a welcome message, a reminder about their booking, or an update regarding their stay, these messages can be pre-crafted and scheduled according to the specific timelines of each guest's journey.

Personalised Engagement:

You can create customized WhatsApp templates directly on the Quicktext dashboard and subsequently use them as scenarios to be sent automatically to your customers on specific guest moments, such like reservation time, checkin or check out.

You can also personalize your bulk message with guest details in order to add a personal touch to ensure that the guests feel valued and engaged, thereby enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction while saving you time compared to manual messaging.

☝️Important to know: WhatsApp bulk messaging, also known as WhatsApp push messages, allows businesses to send promotional content to customers. This feature helps overcome WhatsApp's restrictions, such as the inability to initiate contact and the 24-hour reply window, enabling hotels to effectively communicate with their guests.

Prerequisites:

  • Integration with a Property Management System (PMS) is required. Our real-time connections are compatible with the most popular property management systems (PMS). Currently, we have 33 PMS systems already integrated. Have a look at the list.
  • The hotel must possess an active WhatsApp Business number, which needs to be connected to Quicktext via the 360dialog API.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Create a WhatsApp template.
  2. Use the PMS filter to select the recipients for the scenario.
  3. Schedule the sending time, for example: 1 day before check-in.
  4. Navigate to WhatsApp templates and choose the templates you want to use.

Easy Follow-up:

The system tracks message replies, allowing hoteliers to easily identify guests who need further assistance and follow up on conversations seamlessly.
