This article details the integration method of Opera Cloud
For the integration to function Quicktext user name EMEA_QUICKTEXT must have a WSACCESS role on the client's PMS.
The AM team should request the technical team to proceed with the integration.
Once the technical team notifies the AM team the integration is complete, the AM in charge of the account has to monitor the data import from the PMS to "Quicktext" within the next 2 hours.
If the integration is not working, this means that Quicktext user is not granted the required role.
In this case, the AM has to send the steps below to the client who has SSD access and provide him Quicktext integration user (EMEA_QUICKTEXT). The customer should follow the steps below:
- Go into SSD and remove the <CHAIN>-WSACCESS role which is attached
- Check whether <CHAIN>-WSACCESS role is removed
- Go into User and reattach the <CHAIN>-WSACCESS role. (Chain Level WSACCESS Only)
- Check whether the <CHAIN>-WSACCESS role is attached
- Reset the password (make sure the customer presses the Reset Password button and not manually change it.
- A new password will be emailed to the person
