If your Meta Business account is managed by multiple people, disconnection issues may arise. We recommend creating a dedicated user account specifically for managing the connection between Meta Business Suite and Quicktext.
Creating a Dedicated User
Use an email address from your hotel (e.g., velma@hotel.com) that is not associated with your Meta Business Suite or FacebookIn Meta Business Suite, invite the new user:
- Go to Users > People : https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users?
- Click on + Invite People.
- Enter the email address.
- Select Manage on Apps and Integrations.
- Assign the relevant Facebook and Instagram accounts.
In Instagram, select Message.
- In Facebook, select Partial Access.
- Click Send Invite.
In your email Inbox
- Accept the invitation
In Facebook
- Complete the user setup by entering a probable name and basic information.
In Meta Business Suite
- Once activated, log in to your Meta Business account and ensure the user is Active.
Congratulations! Your new user can now be connected to Quicktext.
