Steps to Enable WhatsApp on Google My Business

To link your WhatsApp number to your Google My Business account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Google My Business account.

  2. Navigate to the Chat section.

  3. Select WhatsApp as the preferred messaging option.

  4. Copy and paste your WhatsApp link using the format: https://wa.me/YourPhoneNumber

  5. Google will process the update within 10 minutes. Once approved, the WhatsApp icon will appear on your business profile when viewed on a smartphone.
