Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Launch
Protect your account with an extra layer of security
To further strengthen the security of your account, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) starting on 21 of october. This extra layer of protection will help ensure that only you can access your account.
What you need to do
- Download an MFA App on your mobile phone.
- If you don’t already have one, we recommend:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- If you don’t already have one, we recommend:
- ❗Set up MFA before November - 30.11.2025❗
After this date, MFA will be mandatory to access your account.
When will MFA be required?
Once enabled, you will be asked to enter a digit in the following situations:
- Login from a new device: first time you connect from a new computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Login from a new IP address: when accessing from an unfamiliar network.
- Password update: any password change .
- Extended inactivity: if you have not logged in for 14 business days or more.
- After login failures: following one or more failed login attempts.
We highly encourage you to set up MFA as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your access.
