Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Launch

To further strengthen the security of your account, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) starting on 21 of october. This extra layer of protection will help ensure that only you can access your account.

What you need to do

1. Download an MFA App on your mobile phone.
   • If you don’t already have one, we recommend:
     • Microsoft Authenticator
     • Google Authenticator
2. ❗Set up MFA before November - 30.11.2025❗
   After this date, MFA will be mandatory to access your account.

When will MFA be required?

Once enabled, you will be asked to enter a digit in the following situations:

• Login from a new device: first time you connect from a new computer, tablet, or smartphone.
• Login from a new IP address: when accessing from an unfamiliar network.
• Password update: any password change .
• Extended inactivity: if you have not logged in for 14 business days or more.
• After login failures: following one or more failed login attempts.

We highly encourage you to set up MFA as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your access.
